The Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences is currently approved to offer a professional Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine degree under the California Education Code 94310.2 as overseen by the Bureau of Private Post secondary and Vocational Education within the Department of Consumer Affairs. Through approval of the California Acupuncture Board, graduates of ACCHS are eligible to sit for the California licensing examination for acupuncture and Oriental medicine. Eligible students may sit for the examination of the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. ACCHS is also approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing as a provider of continuing education for registered nurses under the California Business and Professions Code.

The Professional Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine program of the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM), which is the recognized accrediting agency for the approval of programs preparing acupuncture and Oriental medicine practitioners.
