TCM is the oldest form of Asian medicine, the art of acupuncture, acupressure, herbal prescription, Taiji Quan, and meditation, based on the foundation theories of yin and yang, the five elements, and eight principles.

At ACCHS, we believe that diligent practice of these particular disciplines enables students to cultivate health, well-being, and inner harmony.
